ECB's Knot: Impact of economic slowdown not enough to change outlook

Dutch central bank governor and ECB member Klaas Knot, speaking to CNBC this Wednesday, said that the impact of economic slowdown is not enough to change outlook at this point but there are downside risks on the horizon.
