Iran OPEC Governor: Saudi Arabia and Russia are doing 'little and late' to boost production

The Iranian OPEC governor Hossein Kazempour crossed the wires in the last minutes saying that he saw further rise in oil prices since there was no spare production capacity and added that Saudi Arabia and Russia were doing "little and late" to boost the production, as reported by Reuters.
