ECB's Praet: uncertainty about the inflation outlook has been declining significantly

   •  There are grounds to be confident that the sustained convergence of inflation will continue in the period ahead.
   •  Uncertainty about inflation outlook has been declining significantly and the risk of deflation has vanished.
   •  Patience, prudence and persistence are still needed.
