The way up is not limited

The pair peaked around 0.8870 last week, but the move higher is still not ruled out, if the geopolitical tensions stay only terrible background without any further negative developments. Besides, the recent FOMC meeting will keep the USD bid in medium-term, as Jannet Yellen hinted the markets the FED will go on with tapering despite any fundamental weakness. Thus, any positive economic surprises will made the market expect from the FOMC more speedy reduction of QE3. The initial target to the upside is at 0.8843, and the downside is limited by 0.8813 support level.
