USD/CHF is thinking of going back to highs

FXStreet (Barcelona) - USD/CHF was confined to narrow 9-pip range in the morning starting the day at 0.8835, and reaching session low at 0.8826.

Range-bound session in store

Right now the pair is showing tiny moves down trading at 0.8827. In contrast to USD/JPY resilience the pair continued the rise yesterday on the broad demand for USD reaching 2-week high at 0.8868, but retraced ever since to current levels. The move higher will be limited by 0.8870 area which may become a strong resistance for now, with a retracement back to 0.88 support not ruled out.

What are today’s key USD/CHF levels?

Today's central pivot point can be found at 0.8836 with support below at 0.8802, 0.8766 and 0.8732, with resistance above at 0.8872, 0.8906, and 0.8942. Hourly Moving Averages are largely bullish, with the 200SMA at 0.8763 and the daily 20EMA flat at 0.8815. Hourly RSI is neutral at 52.
