Ex-BOJ Kuichi: BOJ may change 10-yr yield target to 3-5 years

Ex- Bank of Japan [BOJ] member Kuichi believes the central bank may start normalizing and may change the 10-year yield curve control target to 3-5 years. The comments should not come as a surprise, given Kuichi has a history of being a serial dissenter.
