Philadelphia Fed President Patrick Harker responded to questions from the press in the last hour, suggesting that the Fed might need to do more than two rate hikes this year if the inflation picks up and added that it would be hard to see the impact of the Trump administration's fiscal policies on the economy in 2017 or in 2018.
