US: NAHB Housing Market Index down a notch in January

The US Philadelphia Fed manufacturing Survey grew to 9.4 in December from 7.0 in November, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia informed on Thursday. Analysts expected less rise to 8.6.
