USD/CHF plummets near 0.9520

The selling pressure around the greenback s not giving up today, now dragging USD/CHF to daily lows in the vicinity of 0.9520.

USD/CHF in 7-week lows

The pair has dropped to fresh multi-week lows in current levels near 0.9520 following an acceleration of the selling pressure around the US dollar, all within a broader risk-on scenario.

On the data front, US Initial Claims, New Home Sales and advanced manufacturing PMI tracked by Markit are all due later, although market attention will remain on the developments from the UK Referendum.

The pair is now retreating 0.56% at 0.9533 facing the next support at 0.9495 (low Apr.12) ahead of 0.9440 (2016 low May 3) and finally 0.9251 (low Aug.24 2015). On the other hand, a surpass of 0.9691 (high Jun.16) would expose 0.9705 (20-day sma) and finally 0.9757 (100-day sma).
