Oil to balance through supply-demand not shaky agreements – Russia’s Novak

A day after Doha talks fell apart, Russia’s energy minister was out on the wires stating oil would balance through demand supply mechanics and not through shaky agreements.

Novak also said Russia showed readiness in Doha to co-operate on rebalancing global oil markets and added further that some in Doha demanded that other non-OPEC members join production freeze pact.
